Roommate
We have a room for you. If you like to live in Quito / Ecuador and you are a student or you got a job in here we are waiting for you.
We are a nice couple. Male 30 years and Female 27 years. We speak English, German, Hebrew and Spanish. We lived in Israel and Germany and now in Ecuador. Female is Ecuadorian.
We have a really nice apartment in Quito. The area calls Jipijapa but on the better side.
Rio Coca y Av. Shyris. It is 5 to 8 min. walking to the main streets so you can catch a bus or taxi.
It is 10 min. to the shopping centers. We live very close to the most important things or areas.
Close they are pharmacies, hospitals, shops, restaurants and bar.
The apartment has 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 big living-room, 1 balcony, 1 terrace and a fire station.
1 storage room. The house has 5 families and a group terrace on top. Nice view by the way
The room has a closed, bed and its fill with a blue carpet. You have also your own complete bathroom with a tube.
We have in the living-room a big sofa, LCD, Dolby Surround a lot of DVD´s and some plants.
Cable, Internet and Telephone we got too. Table in the dinning- room.
Hot water all the time. It is not regular in Quito to have hot water all the time. Washing machine.
Complete kitchen.
The apartment is on the second floor and very safe windows and the entrance is with extra metal doors. In the street we have a 24 hours security guard.
One thing more. We have also a very nice dog. He is a mix one and very friendly. He takes also care of the house when we are not here. If you do not like dogs at all so I think it is not for you than everybody else is very welcome.

We are looking also for some very friendly, clean, honest, and respectful. No drugs, no hookers and no party all the time in the apartment. Age between 22 – 35 years.
I am smoking and female not. If that is not a problem and you like movies, music and good food this is your place.
Price: 400 $ includes water and electricity, Telephone is apart if you use it.
If you want full service with food, laundry and cleaning in room and bathroom we can make a special deal.
